❗️ Napoli, possible mini-revolution in January. #Allegri and Manna are reportedly already working on the winter transfer market, with the idea of bringing in 2-3 players through some sales, including #Lang and #Lucca . Also keep an eye on the future of #Neres and #Anguissa . [NicoSchira ]

During the international break, Allegri could consider a tactical change to a 3-4-2-1. The coach has so far accommodated the club’s preference for a 4-3-3, but may now look to impose his own ideas and change the team’s approach. [repubblica]

🎙️ 🇮🇹 De Laurentiis on a new stadium: "I have a letter of intent signed a month ago with Q8, which has identified 38 hectares in eastern Naples. I have designed a 70,000-seat stadium there, with 120 sky boxes, restaurants and an interactive museum." [Presser]

🎙️ 🇮🇹 De Laurentiis on the current stadium: "That stadium, should be demolished, After 22 years of playing in that stadium, which I have described several times as a dump, I can say quite calmly that €200 million would achieve very little." [Presser]

🎙️ 🇮🇹 De Laurentiis: "I will continue playing there [The Maradona stadium] until I have built the new stadium. It won’t take forever, it will take 24 months. And the stadium will be completely financed by me. Once the new stadium is built, the current one will be demolished."

🎙️ 🇮🇹 De Laurentiis: "Coaches have to understand that they are collaborators who are called upon to conduct the orchestra made up of the players, but they remain employees. Sometimes they tend to forget that. Is that reasoning clear?." [Presser]

🎙️ 🇮🇹 De Laurentiis "Three years ago, I invited Gerry Cardinale to dinner. He gave me a speech that I preferred not to challenge, otherwise I would have had to pick him up and throw him out, he was an owner with the demands of a financier rather than those of a true entrepreneur."
